WHEN IN 4X4 LOR TRUCK SEEME TO HAVE A POWER SURGE SYMPTOM GOING UP A INCLINE LIKE IT HAS A GOVERN ON IT BUT NOT IN 4X4 HIGH .

When in low, the gearing is so low that it could feel like a surge. Are you sure the gas isn't being bumped? You will feel just about anything when it is touched.
