Cevy Silverado 1500 4.3L 4x4 manual 120k miles
The truck idle jumps coming out of gears and when coasting. The very second the truck makes a complete stop the idle returns to normal. Turning on the AC makes the problem worst.

Clean the idle air control valve and test the throttle position sensor and manifold absolute pressure sensor.
