2000 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Does it defeat the purpose to put new headers on my truck if they both go into a single exhaust. Or should i have say two magna flow mufflers for better performance?

yes it would. i would suggest putting the mufflers on it. it will sound better
