My clutch master cylinder went out, when I got ready to replace it I discovered that the tabs that the cyclinder mounted to broke off. Is there a replacement part for the "tube" that is mounts to, or do I have to replace the entire firewall,.

I don't believe there is a replacement part for that. Chances are you will need to fabricate something to make it work.

However, I would recommend contacting a dealer to double check if there is a replacement part. When problems like this come up often enough, they sometimes will manufacturer a part to repair the issue.
