2000 Chevy Silverado Broke heater hose.

How do you remove the clamp or coupling that the heater hose goes through, before it goes into the heater core?

Cut the hose right where it meets the clamp-unscrew the clamp-cut off the small piece on the pipe-then put clamp on the hose and shove back in and tighten the clamp
