2000 Chevy Silverado Body Tilt

I noticed yesterday that the right rear of my truck was lower than the rest of the body. I have not been involved in a accident and the frame does not look lower on that side. The truck does have 175,000 miles, could the sag be caused by a worn out shock or spring. I can lift up on the right rear of the truck and bring it back to level. Any ideas?

could be a broken leaf or one that is finally fatigued and loosing its strength to hold. check them out for broken leaves. loose bolts. bad shock absorbers.
