Have Push Button 4-wheel drive on dash.
Should I be able to shift from 2-wheel and or 4 wheel drive from any gear?
If in 4 Low, should I be able to push the button to go back to 2 wheel if parked or stopped in any gear?

To shift in or out of 4 low, the gear select should have to be neutral, stopped, and likley wheels straight. Only 4Hi you can shift on the fly.
