Is it on the front or back? Upper or lower?

It is the front passenger side and it is on the top where it brock

You have to weld it. If it is broken right off, then you may want to go to the junk yard and carefully cut a mount off, or you can cut it off and install your own...Anyway you do it you must weld..If you have to weld anything to the frame, you better know what you are doing and have the frame on a frame machine (or something similar). Welding on any frame will cause warpage from the heat. If you don't know what you are doing, it is best to go to an ASE certified mechanic..
