will driving I feel a slight shake in the steering wheel and an abnormal roar sound. Checked front lugs nuts (good), jacked truck up and checked passenger front tire by seeing if there was any tilt or wiggle (replaced driver front hub about 10,000 before today) and not wiggle. I want to take truck to get tires balanced but what to make sure I don't have a messed up hub. Any suggestions or ideas to my problem?
