1999 Chevy Silverado scanned computer and it reads lean fue

i tested the fuel pressure engine off 60psi running is at 54psi. don't know what it should read. the problem is it will idle real erratic some times and it is only getting around 7mpg. replaced the mass air flow sensor due to it was reading a fault cleaned the egr valve seems to be in good working order

You can have adequate fuel pressure, but if you don't have the volume the result is the same. Check the fuel volume.
