1999 Chevy Silverado Saftey Neutral Switch

I just replaced the transmission in my truck and put in a new neutral saftey switch and now the truck won't start. Only lights up in Park, 1st and 2nd. The rest will not light up and again the truck won't start. What could be the problem?

You probably didn't aligned the transmission range switch/NSS properly-recheck it and the connections
