1999 Chevy Silverado please help

i just changed out my rear spider gears in my chevorlet silverado and they broke within 1 week. the bolt broke inside of the shaft and the shaft was stripped on both ends where the spider gears should slide on. the gears teeth literally broke off the gears. idk what to do at all......

That is odd. When you replaced everything, did you set back lash?
