1999 Chevy Silverado No low beams but I do have high beams

I have replaced both bulbs even though they didn't need it and have check all the fuses. I am wondering if it could be the headlamp switch? I do not have my daytime running lights either. I do have tail and brake lights and all the blinkers are working .

check the daytime running light (DRL) relay located on the convenience center.

checked the DRL relay it is fine. Have since changed the headlamp switch, which did absolutely nothing. Still only have high beams.

I have also had intermitten problems with the odometer not lighting up either could these two be related?

also check the headlamp relay in underhood bussed electrical center

have checked the drl relay also still no low beams. All fuses are fine. I do not understand why it just happened out of the blue like this. What else can I check. there has to be something I am missing.

do you have a separate switch for brighting / dimming the headlamps and turning on / off the headlamps? if so then the dimmer switch could be faulty
