turn signals wiring diagram please

Sounds like the switch is hanging up. Does it do it regardless of which direction the signal was last used in? Go to the relay and use a test light to see if the trigger is still on after the key is off. Here are the turn signal wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with a guide to help test.

I'm asking this on behalf of my father, who doesn't do computers but is a pretty good mechanic. He said the turn signals work as they should but when you turn them off, the relay keeps clicking. It does the same thing on hazard, and regardless of whether it's the left or the right signal.

When you turn it on, the relay begins to click. When you turn the signal off, it keeps clicking even though the signal stops blinking. Sometimes it continues to click until the engine is turned off, and then starts clicking again when you start the engine again.

He said what he is really looking for is a circuit diagram so he could repair the switch, but he went to the library and couldn't find the book for the truck. Would you know where we would find one for this truck?
