When my truck is idling, it fluctuates or revs like it is going to stall any minute. I was thinking the idle may just need to be adjusted. Is that possible and if so how do I do it?

The PCM controls the idle via the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor. It isn't adjustable.

The only thing that can be done is replacement of the bad part.
