I have a 99' New body style Silverado, 4.3ltr 5-speed manual tranny, I had the cllutch replaced by cottman transmission @ 109K miles. I am having a noisy issue when i start to drive, it also does it when the vehicle is in neutral. I tried to look for the source but can only determine that the noise is coming from the transmission area--no clue on anything else.
