1998 Chevy Silverado turn signals

Left rear turn signal will not work... Left front bulb has a very rapid flash rate.
Replaced rear turn signal bulb with same code numbered bulb. Same problems still exists..

yeah, I would just replace the flasher relay, that should take care of the problem
