The tail lights and dash lights quit working on my truck, fuse was replaced but still no lights. Headlights signal and brake still work. When I use my remote start all lights work again. Is this the switch itself and is it easy to replace?

most likely the switch is bad and they are real easy to replace. the dash panel pulls off and then replace the switch.
