Electrical problem
1998 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 206k miles

I had blower setting on med high, then it quit working. Selector will not move. I changed the 25 amp fuse in the side dash fuse box and blower came on in low mode with selector still set on med high. Selector still will not move. Why will it not move? Do I need to replace the blower control switch in the dash?

YES! those switches are very small micro switches they quit working after a while because people pressed them so hard, I have fixed them you will have to take apart the switch and you will see little buttons and if you take a little silicone and put a little dab on every one of them let it dry put it back together and it should work if not the junkyard will be your best bet
