1998 Chevy Silverado Idles Rough, Misses

The engine idles kind of rough, and misses every couple seconds. Have replaced plugs with OE type, and wires as well. With the electronic ignition, there is no timing to adjust. Any recommendations on replacing any more parts or any other suggestions?

clean out throttle body, check for vaccum leaks, fuel filter, and air filter change.
