My heater fan only works on high and also makes a loud rumbling noise. Is the heater motor done or can it be fixed?

Hello,
The blower only working on high is a good indication of the Blower Motor Resistor Failing. It is locate on the Blower Motor Housing.
The rumbling could be a loose squirl cage or the Fan. Or even just some debri caught in the fan. Would need to remove to determine.
