i would like to install headers on the truck.can i delete the cat converter, i live in montana there are no emissions tests.

If the State plugs into the computer at sticker time, then no it would set the check engine light, and would not pass, Most states if not all will soon be under Federal guidelines, and will require the exhaust to be unchanged from the factory, but it's your call!
