I drove my truck to the supermarket yesterday and today it won't start. It turns over and actually almost cranks. I haven't serviced the truck in about 30,000 miles. Other than oil and water that's all I've put into it.

Hello,

It sounds it could be a bad battery.
Just so cover the basics, have you tried to jump start it?
Try that first and see what happens.

If it still just cranks the you could have either spark of fuel issue.
Check for spark first, in case you have a faulty ignition coil which might not be providing spark.

If you are getting spark but still no start, check to see if you are getting fuel.
You will need to hear for the fuel pump to hear if it turns on.
Then check the fuel pressure using a fuel test gauge, which you can rent form any auto parts store.
You should have 55-60 PSI of fuel pressure.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
