1998 Chevy Silverado Code 1345

My 5.0 V8 was giving the code 1345 so I put in a new timing chain and gears. Now it still gives this code. Please give me advice.

camshaft correlation coe on general motors vehicles is almost always the result of a worn distributor gear you will need to remove the dit to check and this part is availible seperate from the dist at your local napa store... good luck!
