Why the brake pedal is to hard to step on and make like leaking air noise and the truck don't stop inmediately?

This problem you have described is constant with a faulty brake power booster, this is vacuum operated and the noise you hear is vacuum leaking from the unit, vacuum is supplied via the inlet manifold on petrol engines and a dedicated vacuum pump if diesel, have the brake booster inspected for a fault. i would have this done ASAP.
