1998 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi I Have a Chev. 1998 Silverado step side box 5.7ltre I am replacing the the rh bulb cradle for the 3rd time for the back of the truck, It's always the break light and signal light thats burnt out. Just put one on 8 months ago and now we are just putting another one on. 2. My other problem is my wipers they will work sometimes and other times they won't seems when I hit a bump they work can anyone help me solve theese two problems.

Very strong chance that the wiper module is bad. It sets on top of the wiper motor.

You may be able to get it to act by running the wipers and tapping on the module (tap test).

On the light problem, Are you replacing the whole assy?:

thank you so much for the advice and information, ran a wire from the wiper motor to ground on firewall. Wipers are now working fine, for now will be replacing wiper motor.
