how do i replace the sway bar link on both front sides of 1997 chevy 4wd truck

Raise the vehicle, and remove the upper nuts, washers, and bolts. Remove bolts from clamp insulator, and nuts & bolts from stabilizer to frame.
torque the insulators and clamps at 25ft lbs, and all others at 33 ft lbs.
