1997 Chevy Silverado door locks

My passenger side power door lock button will lock the doors but it will not unlock them. The drivers side button will not lock or unlock the doors. The door locks themselves are hard to get unlocked with the key. I'm not sure what the problem is, so if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Try spraying some WD40 on the locking mechanism in the door jam. If that doesnt work, try putting a little WD40 on your key and inserting it into your keyhole to lube up the lock a little. I had the same problem and spraying some WD40 on the doorjam lock fixed it right up.
