how do you adjust the lifters and how tight do you tighten the nut of the rocker arms

they are hydraulic and need no adjustment unless you have replaced something. But if you need to adjust htem, then the procedure is bring #1 to TDC and take lash out of lifter and then 1 ful turn down. Continue the rest of the way throughout the engine with each cyllinder.
