1997 Chevy Silverado 3500 fuel Problem

1997 3500 fuel Problem it has the 454. We get no power to the fuel pump. We have replaced the relay and checked all the fuses.

What am I missing?

Inspect and test the ECM B fuse 20amp and the ground for the Fp relay at right top of cylinder head G120
