My 1997 chevy truck wont start it cranks and turns over then spins out. Changed the coil

Well try spraying some starting fluid directly in the throttle body while cranking it, if it fires up you are not getting fuel and you shoudl proceed to check for 12v at the fuel pump connector and fuel pressure at the fuel rail post back what you find.
