Since I cant figure why I still cant get the fuel pump to work after changing it, and the relay. Is there a possability it has a emergency shutoff switch, or could the stupid alarm be shutting me down some how?

Sometimes the wiring under the relay box gets corrosion on the end of the pins. Check for voltage at the fuel pump plug in to verify power.
