I just bought this truck and have had battery problems since. I have replaced the alternator and battery both. Im guessing that it has something to do with the wiring. Any suggestions?

Welcome, use a digital multimeter across the battery posts, everything turned off. The generic spec for a charged battery is around 12.6 volts. Take a second reading across the battery posts, engine running. The second reading should be higher than the first, if charging system is working.

There is the possibility of excessive battery drain, with everything turned off. You need to check amp draw for that. In the old days, I'd take a battery cable loose, connect testlite between cable and battery post. If lite came on and stayed on, there was a drain. I'd pull fuses, one at a time, When you pulled the fuse on the faulty circuit, the lite goes out, or if checking amp draw, the reading drops to normal.
