1996 Chevy Silverado brake drum

what keeps the brake drum from releasing to get off cant get it to come off and cant find no adjustment on the back to release the brake shoes

Just above were the backing plate bolts on in the back, there is an adjuster hole it's not on the bottom anymore! it's at the middle...you need a pick set so you can pull the adjusting lever while you turn back on the wheel! The will be a rust ridge holding it on...
