wiper sometimes stop working and sometimes it just wont start, i have to leave switch on and move wiper up & down untin starts moving on its own.

When the wipers refuse to work, you need to check to see if there is power to the motor. In addition, make a temporary ground strap that you can use on the motor to see if the ground is the problem. If there is power and a good ground, replace the motor.
