1995 Chevy Silverado water retaining in the air conditioner

water seems to be retaining in the air conditioner u can hear the water sloshing around as u drive but the drain doesnt appear to be clogged is there any other explaination for this

Drain is partially clogged, cler it out with either a plastict tie, or a light blast of compressed air.
