Water got in the engine cuzing it to hydro lock the engine. I understand that I need to remove the water from the cumbustion chamber. So I need to remove the cylinder head and checking for breakage. Remove water put everything back together new oil. Should work right?

If the engine got coolant in a cylender due to a head gasket or cracked head, don't wait too long. And yes what you are saying is correct. You may want to hone the cylender out if there is any rust started, and make sure nothing got to the rod or crank bearings.

Let me know if you have other questions.
