1995 Chevy Silverado turn signals

my turn signals only work for about 30 seconds and then stop working. ive checked all my fuses. im thinking it might be a coil or relay but not quite sure.

Check and test the turn and back-up fuse no.16 15amp, turn signal flasher and turn and hazard switch.
