Hello, what all did you replace with the tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. If your still obd1, check for codes. OBD1 should be a 12 cavity datalink connector?

If you have good spark at all the plugs. I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Also check codes or have them checked. With TBI fuel system do the injector/s spray pattern look the same? If not maybe a clogged injector. I've seen injector spray patterns that looked good to me, but, the pressure was half of what it should have been.
