1995 Chevy Silverado Engine shakes when under load

I have a Chevy pickup that when under load shakes. It seems like a vacuum leak but I have not found any bad hoses. I have also checked the plug wires and everything seems to be in order. Any ideas?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
