1995 Chevy Silverado 241C transfer case

Do Automatic and 5-speed Manual transmissions use the exact same transfer case . I have one out of an auto and want to bolt it up to my manual. They are both 241C with 272 ratio

It sould fit, but we always recommend using direct replacement parts because many times something is different.
