how do I remove the torque converter bolts on my CK1500 engine that is locked up. Trying to get engine out of truck.

Go thru the inspection plate, you to go behind the flexplate to get at the bolts by turning the crankshaft at the same time

If the engine is locked up and won't rotate, you should be able to pull the engine with the torque converter attached. If you don't have enough room to do that, you will need to pull the transmission before the engine.

Or you can pull both the engine and tranny together at one time-your wish-just take extra careful with a good hoist/sling you'll make it- BTDT
