The heater blows. But it blows only a little warm. Also it seems that the a/c compressor cycles but vey fast whithin 3 sec spurts. What could be wrong? Thankyou

I think you have two issues. The AC should work when the defroster is on and when you have the AC on. The most common reason the compressor will cycle like that is when it is low on freon.

As far as the heater, I need you to check something. Start the engine, let it get hot, have the heater on high, and feel both heater core hoses to see if they are both hot. Also, I need to know if the engine is running at a normal operating temp.

Let me know.
Joe

Ok I cranked the truck and let it run about 15 min. W/heater on high. No sign of heat from radiator, radiator hose from radiator to thermostat did not even get warm? Also the heater core hoses didnt get hot? And on the cluster the temp gauge is just a cluster problem or if its just running that cold? The engine cranks up fine and dosent show any signs of running cold?
