Dies at stop light or will run rough after sitting there. Die as going down highway, able to push clutch in for 5sec and restart it. Restarts every time. Seems to drive all right short distances

Start by hooking up a fuel pressure tester and monitor the pressure to rule out the fuel pump it will show as sore thumb if its the fuel pump-
