1993 Chevy Silverado front end wobbles

The left side front tire will wobble at any speed. I haves the tires checked and it wasn't the problem. Could it be the tie rod or maybe the shock? Can you give me any suggestion?

Welcome to the forum. Did you try rotating the front tires to the rear, see if it makes any difference? Safely raise and support the front end, feel around the tire tread for knots or bumps, are the tires badly worn? Shake and pull, up and down, sideways, everyway, feel any looseness, where is it coming from? Be safe with the vehicle in the air. Take it to an alignment shop.
