1993 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my 4 wheel drive will not engage. ihave already changed the actuator,front gear assembly, and ceckedfor power to the actuator. what else could it be?

Did you check on the condition of the shift fork that attaches to the actuator?
