How do you remove the strut rods? I have all the necessary components removed, I am dropping the transmission. The transfer case is still attached to the trans, I need to remove the strut rods to remove the transfer case. There are three bolts on each side of the cross member holding the rods, do I just remove the bolts or what, I'm concerned about any spring tension that might be on them. Is this something to worry about.
