1992 Chevy Silverado flapping noise

hello i recently bought my truck and i notice any time i turn the ignition switch i hear a flapping/thumping noise coming from the blower motor area. i am wondering if anybody else has this problem and if there is any at home fix for it. thank you

It sounds like a vent door that is sticking and releasing. Check under the dash for sticking doors.
