When I accelerate I hear/feel a "clunking"(best way to describe it). It also does it on deceleration. Whats is the problem? Is it the tranny or rear diff.? What needs to be done to fix it?

Not knowing what you have checked or replaced in the past.
Im thinking U-joints, pinion bearing or spider gear pin slapping around in the carrier...
