check gauges and brake lite are on and speedometer and tachometer do not work, all other gauges work

if seed senser is bad wouldnt it make truck not shift wright

Yes that is possible. Your saying the vehicle starts and runs ok,but, all the dash lites are on? Maybe I misunderstood your post?
